Recently visited Durham with my friend.Went to VPZ wanting to buy Vape and my friend needed coil for her one .The guy who was serving us was so nice and friendly with good knowledge of the products .I was not aware how to use my new Vape he was so helpful and I left happy enjoying my new Vape. Unfortunately I forgot to ask him for his name but I was in the shop this Sunday ,so whoever was working that day was the nicest staff I ever met :))

I was served by Rik, the manager. I explained what I was looking for and he took the time to advise me on the different types of vapes etc. He didn't do any hard selling which to me is great customer service. I tested several types and found the one perfect for me all thanks to being able to take my time and buy the correct one. Rik was polite, helpful, patient and friendly. I would highly recommend this shop.
Great staff! Very approachable, they give great advice. They have superior product knowledge than other vape shops in the area from my experience. The staff working at the time was Rik and Phil who both helped me on my journey! THANK YOU.
Needed a replacement device, helpful staff, bought what I was looking for.
Nice shop. Friendly staff. Ok prices. Few too many oils available makes it hard to choose but good selection.
