Excellent customer service and very friendly staff! Had no issues with them correcting a fault in my recently purchased car.
We had a good experience purchasing the car and received great service from Chris Law. Unfortunately, the post sales experience was less than pleasurable. The car leaked oil on our drive on the first day and had to be returned for repair a further 6 times during our six months of ownership. Exasperated, we eventually returned the car but even then had a long fight, with Vospers claiming that all these faults must have developed after our purchase and insisting on payment for cost of use. No offer of compensation for our inconvenience or consequential costs was offered and ultimately we did not get the full cost of the vehicle returned to us. Sadly, it has put us off Vospers for good.
