I usually don't leave feedback for websites, but in this case i have to make an exception. This is by far my favorite audio store. Not only do these guys know what they are talking about, they also make sure the items are shipped as soon as possible and they also keep you posted the whole time. Their expertise, fast shipping combined with very good prices is in my book worthy of a five star rating I'll buy my future audio equipment @ doublepoint, that's for sure.

My advice: Do not buy there. Dont get attracted by their indeed very good prices. Ask another dealer if he can keep up with these prices they often do and accept to pay more if necessary. You might save a lot of trouble. Read the opinions here and on trustpilot. It seems not to be a singularity. If there is a problem they try to ride you out. But what is more important about an online dealer than a good communication and trust? This is the essence of a good dealer which they miss according to my experiences.I was lucky that it happens before delivery but imagine if you buy stuff there and later on you have a guarantee case. If they play again the mute maggot the problem is all yours. The more money you want to spend the more I recommend to look for a decent dealer which might have higher prices than others. But you get what you pay for. The risk of disappointments, anger and stress for some lousy Euros you save? Read the opinions of the others and be as always suspicious if there are very good ones next to very bad ones. My opinion.

Terrible service, two months no delivery, asked for refund, and they need two weeks to refund, it's been 10 days, no refund... Stay away.

I ordered very expensive speakers via their website. After several weeks with many attempts of delivery gone wrong for unclear reasons, and after consulting with them I decided to cancel the order. Then a long series of phone calls with them started, in which every time I was promised to receive my money back: after more than 6 months I had to ask help to a lawyer: in total it took 1 year to receive my money back.
