I came across with this dealer a week ago as I wanted to buy used V40 2016. I clearly asked about body paint, parts replacement. History of the car etc. After sending a few videos and photos describing some small marks and scratches I was told that the car is in a good condition and there is nothing apart from what had been sent and described. I was promised they would do 150 checks Volvo standards to be sure the car is transparent. I decided to go there, and I was prepared to pay the full amount. When I came I started checking step by step. From the very beginning I noticed the grill was cracked, front window was changed, front bumper was painted, one side of the car was full of filler (I checked using a good varnish meter), side door was not fitted properly and the best of the best, and I am not kidding, in the trunk the floor was supported by some pieces of wood (DIY). Also, the car was dirty. I lost so much time and effort. I was told they did not know that, but I just don’t believe as 150 checks had been done a 2/3 days earlier. All those issues are so easy to check so why they said they did not know??? During this difficult pandemic time, we should trust as the normal way of buying cars is limited. At the end, I was promised in writing I would be refunded within 2 days and that wasn’t kept. I highly DO NOT recommend this dealer!! Be careful and do not trust. VOLVO should keep the standards!!!

Recently bought a used car from Volvo Maidenhead. They managed to turn the sale around quickly at very short notice ahead of my hire car being returned. They were really helpful and kept in contact throughout. The car itself is immaculate and in great condition for a used vehicle. Had a minor issue with the battery within the first few weeks and the sales and after sales service has been faultless. Looked at it without question and fixed within a week. Wouldn't hesitate to recommended them.

They provided me with a loan car and went above and beyond the call of duty, cleaned and checked my car for further faults and safety issues. Kept well informed of progress and costs. Just had to get a software update for my polestar, so went in here. Very quick to say hello and direct me to the services desk, very friendly and the work was done in the hour, while I waited. Much better than the experiences I had with other non volvo dealers in the area, so glad this is my local dealer if i need to have anything done in future
Fantastic experience and so well looked after by Matt and the team. My XC60 T8 was showing an alert advising I needed oil. Called Matt who asked I drop the car in which I did. Turned out I had a split gasket which was leaking oil. Matt and his team replaced the gasket, topped up the oil and the best bit - no charge!!!! So impressed, I do get my car serviced here and the after care is second to none.
