A relative new building, located in Bucharest Nord, in the Pipera residential area. Positive : new building. Negative : no dedicated area to walk the dogs, so they will "go" most of the time inside the recreational area where is the playground for children. The street between Blvd Pipera and the Adora residence is dangerously narrow and the cars are driving way to fast... Be careful ! The apartment complex is full of problems and the administration doesn't have the time or the knowledge to fix them properly. The building is situated below the airways of the Băneasa Airport and a lots of airplanes and helicopters are flying above it. Many more... problems ! Suggestions : the building needs a really good administrator with "handyman" qualities, to acknowledge and fix all the problems.:

Aici lucrez nu prea ai ce sa vezi
Drumul de acces la fel dw ingust dar din ce in ce mai aglomerat. In viitor nu se va mai putea merge in siguranta pe el. In alte parti ale lumii un drum similar ca latime estw destinat bicicletelor nu masinilie. Trist
