Amateurs. First pay, online, come to collect on arranged time THEY decided and even then you must wait because the order is not ready because of other silly reasons. If i could give minus rating I would give - 5.

Had a similar experience as alfonso ..with older Lady about 2 weeks ago when I went to get my Xmas tree ! I went inside because the Xmas tree area seemed to be be closed .. Walked in .. Smiled at the lady .. She asked if she cojks help .. And I pointed outside and and said . \ ermm the Xmas trees? \ .. And before I could continue in quite a rude fashion she said .. \ wat is it nou met the kerst bomen? \ ?? .. Then proceeded to tell me they won't be selling for another 2 weeks ... So bought my tree elsewhere ! They call it a 010 mentality .. But I just think she's just rude

I always Like Praxis but the staff in this store is very unprofessional. Specially the older woman in customer service. She told the boss to not listen to me when asking for a second opinion on a discount. She feelt offended and she thought that confronting us was the right thing to do. My wife pregnant she had to witness everything and she left the store crying. Hope they train these people what is customer service and where are the boundaries.
