Lovely place to play golf in a super town centre park. Good variety of holes in lovely wooded surroundings.
Friendly staff, not the first time I've played there. Improved score on previous round so can't complain. Went in twilight period in the afternoon, so was well priced aswell.
It's ok but very convenient. Course not very well maintained with lots of leaves making ball finding even on the fairway impossible in some areas. Nice relaxed atmosphere and pretty easy going. Great for a casual knock around.
I've played here about 10 times now since Covid-19. It's a short course - par 64, with fairways that cross each other. It's a tricky course because it's so narrow and the trees over hang on the fairway. The course is at best average, however the pay and play price reflects this. The greens and tees are very patchy on almost every hole and the pro shop is sparse. A good course for a beginner with all that said. Very very slow play each time I've played.
