Very helpful and friendly staff, the eye test was very thorough and explained step by step. At no time was pressure applied to purchase glasses, an overall pleasant visit.

Excellent service today for both of my children having their eyes tested. I was impressed right from my initial phone call to make the appointments. Ben Richardson, the optometrist, has a brilliant way of putting kids at ease, and praising them enough to sustain their interest throughout the test. Both of them needed glasses, and Jon, the store manager was so helpful and patient in helping them choose. Thanks to you both for making this all so easy!

I had the worse experience! Went there and guy that did my eye test was rude and said I didn't needed glasses and that whoever gave me my prescription before was saying bs. Their eye test exam is poorly made and not accurate at all. Specsavers are much much better! went there afterwards as I did not trusted the guy at Vision Express and they gave me at new prescription as my eyes deteriorated a little bit! Do not go Vsion express at Tesco! Lost 10 pounds because of that! Waste of time!
