Tried twice to chose my prescription glasses here, 1st time no luck because staff said there wasn’t many to chose from so I left it a few weeks hoping they had more in, second time the assistant rushed me and told me we don’t have enough staff and tried to put me off which worked and I won’t be returning. Very bad customer service in need of training
Trying to book 2 eye test appointments. When answering the lady was serving a customer. Called me back but I was driving and missed the call. Tried calling them 3 times later the same, nobody to answer the phone. Tried to book online but web site is obviously not working correctly and unable to book anything, just says nothing available regardless what date I enter. Suspect too few staff to run the branch, same old story, not the staff's fault but I blame head office management for the above issues. Will have to go else where.
