Booked an appointment online - straight in to test on arrival - staff very informative and covid savvy. Will recommend to one and all

Friendly, confident and felt very covid safe! Kathy was very helpful with helping me pick out frames to suit my face! She didn’t make me feel rushed or under pressure.

Unfortunately I did not get the name of the lady who helped me choose my glasses but she was so lovely and helpful. Made the whole experience a nice one.

I had a bad experience today with I came late 5 minutes for my appointment then when I arrived, they are all engage with other customers and no one attained me, When it’s my turn the lady told me that I’m late 20 minutes. What kind of customer service ? I’m a returning customer and. Very disappointed, you staff need training how to deal with customer,
