Really poor service all round. The front desk staff I found to be pretty clueless and condescending, and generally uninterested (unless trying to sell you overpriced glasses and lenses). Despite an anomaly being detected in my eye test, the optician would not tell me what was wrong, and insisted that she would phone me in the week (4 days after) to talk to me; no one has called. I now cannot get through on the phone number to them to find out if there is a problem with my eye health. Unbelievably bad service, just avoid. Should’ve gone to spec savers...

Brilliant service friendly staff
Terrible attitude. We were 14 minutes late for our appointment. Explained we had driven 48 miles in order to get there and had been held up in traffic. Not the slightest bit interested in accommodating us. It’s part of a Tesco Extra, so we decided to do a shop so as to not waste our time. During the shop noticed the Optician stood around doing nothing. Vision Express will not be getting our business again.
