Terrible service, still waiting for my glasses after paying nearly 400 over 3weeks ago
my first appointment I was 7 minutes late due to roadworks traffic... I was turned away to reschedule.. not impressed the way it was handled.. I was a tesco optician customer since it open 3 of us in the family.. now I having my glasses done at specsavers it is a shame but it is there fault
My experience at your opticians was not good,this was my first time at an opticians,so didn't know what to expect,the optician her self was really friendly and helpful,but that's where it ended,I received no advice in choosing glasses which would fit me well.The assistant came across and said they suit you so I took her advice, what a mistake that was.When I went back for my glasses,the pair that the assistant said looked good slid. down my nose so she bent the ends, then I found I couldn't close the glasses case, the other pair she bent them and broke the end so they had to be sent back.I never got a call to say my broken glasses where back.So decided I had better go and see if they had received them.It took the assistant quite a while to find them.I did say that I didn't think they were the ones I had ordered, but she said they were,I showed her the glasses I couldn't get in the case they gave me and told her that I couldn't gat on with them pulling on my ears when I took them off because they had been bent,she unbent them, but they still didn't fit the case she didn't seem that bothered.I am so glad that Tesco are selling their opticians because it was a bad experience for me I don't think I will be got to an optician for a long while now.
