Good eye test, very happy with the lenses, not much staff recommendations on glasses frames and selection of them, although very nice staff. But struggle to book an appointment and never pick up the phones..

Safe, friendly experience. I was nervous attending for eye test but good safeguarding procedures in place. Helpful staff helping me choose frames. Am very pleased with my purchases although I did think a tod expensive considering second pair half price! Worth it, good vision now and especially after waiting so long to be tested after my cataract operation. Thanks.
Amazing service! Rebecca did a great job in finding suitable glasses and sunglasses for us and was extremely polite and helpful! Along with a visit to Chichester store all the staff were amazing.
Had my eye test last week with Vision Express and I was really concerned but the current situation with covid-19. I was called prior to my appointment and advised what to expect at my appointment. When I turned up to my appointment all the staff were wearing mask, aprons and gloves. I didn't feel rushed and all the staff were so friendly and professional. I got my glasses delivered to my home address so everything was done in one visit. So much more helpful than Specsavers ever were.
