Turned up for my appointment 15 minutes beforehand after rushing in the rush hour traffic to be told appointment is cancelled by them. No reason was given I could come back at 9 am so took that . Was told it be confirmed by text, no texts received. They also told me that they phone mobile to cancel the first appointment, no calls received all that day
