Vision Express Opticians at Tesco - Ely

Absolutely brilliant service from an amazing team of people. Had my eye test and received my brand new glasses in less than 48 hours which is incredible under normal circumstances, let alone during Lockdown. I was seen by 3 different team members and the service I received from each of them was absolutely first class.

Very helpful indeed, I needed some replacement glasses quickly and am shielding so stuck at home, Stephen was very thoughtful and sorted everything out straight away with no fuss, the new glasses are perfect.

My experience with Vision Express was really positive. Booking my eye test was easy, the staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel very at ease. I didnt feel rushed to decide my frames, which I have in other opticians before. They were really good at explaining how their covid policy ran and making sure everyone stayed safe. I was on the fence about purchasing prescription sunglasses, so went home to consider them. I then rang up to go ahead, the team were so helpful over the phone. I received both pairs of glasses quickly. Whilst there had been a mix up with one pair of glasses, after ringing the store they sorted the problem and I received my glasses within the next few days. I couldnt be happier with the service I had
