Very disappointing, bacon sandwich left a lot to be desired as in burnt bacon. Jacket potato and salad brought a new meaning to presentation as in thrown onto the plate and it was spot the tomato! When it was found it was a tad shrivelled. The serving staff are terrific just a shame the food wasn't to the same standard

Avoid this store at all costs. Ann from the customer service team needs to lookup what customer serivce is after insulting my girlfriend and discriminating me! Will never be back to another Vision Express because of how atrocious her attitude towards me was.

Fantastic service from people that seem to really care for the customer. Their knowledge of their subject really stands out. The only negative thing I could possibly write is that the choice of glasses is a tad small but this is not a problem in this day and age.

As a family of 4 all needing glasses, I've spent a considerable amount of money . I purchased 2 pairs of glasses of the same style for me and my 17 year old daughter. One of the arms came off mine, I went to enquire repairs, to be told I wear them on my head! I assured them that I don't but was told\ I don't stand a chance of being covered by a guarantee\ A month later my daughter's did the same. I took them in to the shop along with my daughter, for the same lady to again accuse her of wearing them on her head, not remove them correctly, not taking them off with 2 hands, the list was endless, then she called my daughter a liar!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. Very rude members of staff.

I do not recommended it to anyone. I have booked appointment for our family, it was hard to fit everyone into this same day but we managed it. We have had to wait a couple of weeks but it wasn't a problem. On the day of our appointment (on our way to the shop) I have received phone call - our appointment has been cancelled. It was so disappointed but things happened. I have managed to booked another appointment in another couple weeks time. This morning I have received a txt message with information our appointment has been cancelled again. Absolutely waste of time!!!
