The optician himself was fantastic but that's where it ended. Not much professionalism from the girl outside.She didn't do any checks to see if glasses fitted properly I had to ask for a cleaning cloth. Just felt hurried.

Early for my appointment, I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes with no apology. The optician said he was always running 20 minutes late and it was ok for me to leave if I didn't like it. I went to Boots. 5 stars for Boots.
