Vision Express Opticians at Tesco - Cowbridge Road, Bridgend

Both myself and my Mum have our eyes tested at Vision Express. Up until November 2020 we didn't have a problem. My Mum was told she'd have her glasses with 2 weeks. That didn't come. When I rang, I was told another few days. Still didn't arrive. When I rang again, I was told that they had lost the lenses. They had to be ordered again. In total it was more than 6 weeks my Mum waited. Simply Not acceptable.

My recent experience with Vision Express Opticians was excellent from start to finish. Everything with the eye examination was done with everything in place to deal with Covid risks. The examination went well & staff were very helpful with selection of frames. The new postal delivery of my new glasses was very efficient, received within eight days.

First class service , very professional, not pushy about selling new glasses as my vision had not changed.
