I never leave reviews, but I think these guys deserve a great one. I recently moved my main opticians from the VE store in Chippenham (now closed) to this one and considering the difficulties with Covid-19 I felt they were very professional in working around complications. Not only that but they were far more friendly than that of Chippenham's store (not meaning everyone, maybe just an impression I got from one tired employee) but they went out of their way to give me a good service. Ordered two glasses to be delivered to my door and they were late due to Covid as explained in their 2x 25% off vouchers another 50% off voucher.. but a pleasant surprise was to see my old glasses had been completely replaced with a new frame :) very happy
