Lovely friendly staff. Only less one star because more choices in frames would have been good but I do understand that is limited by fact it is within a large supermarket rather than a stand alone shop.

Friendly staff who kept the rooms cleaned at all times good service.Not much choice on cheaper frames but staff were helpful in finding right pair for me overall very pleased.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The optometrist and very nice and thorough and covered all aspects of my eye test. I also had a field of vision test and a pressure test. The nice lady Sara then helped me choose some new glasses and measured me up for them. Would highly recommend them!

I recently had a very professional and friendly eye test and was prescribed new glasses. Unfortunately I was not able to cope very well with them so asked for a refund in accordance with the guarantee. I met a very friendly and understanding response from the staff member, and received a full refund. Cannot fault the response in any way. Thankyou for your understanding
