So helpful from the moment I walked in. Really thorough and very friendly. Exceptional service. Only opticians for me from now on.
I booked online and received an email confirming the appointment. I arrived on time but the staff knew nothing about the appointment. Said it must have gone to default (or something like that) and initially tried to say I was mixed up until I show them the email. Quite a lot of defensive talk from the staff and no apology. They were starting to book another appointment in the future until I asked for the complaints procedure and said I would be complaining. Suddenly... I was ushered into the treatment room for the preliminary stuff and then immediately seen by the optician. Test done I left... but still no apology. I think Vision Express need to investigate their online booking system and give customer service training to the staff.
The staff in Wrexham are very helpful. They always go the extra mile.
