Lucy the Optometrist, was great - professional and caring. I have a few eye problems and she went through these with me - patiently and never rushing me. I then went on to see Mia, who helped me choose my glasses and measured me up. Also very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Lucky to have a local branch with outstanding service.

They took a lot of care to discover the type of lenses I had used previously from a different optician because the ones provided by Vision Express in my last glasses were not working for me. Despite the fact that my previous optician had closed they tracked down the manufacturer.
Had to make a last minute eye test which they had availability for and was easy to do over the phone. I have never been able to say before, however, that I enjoyed an eye test. Lucy, the optician, was really informative, knowledgeable and reassuring as I have a pre existing condition so have been nervous at eye tests for bad news. Instead she explained how the condition affected my eyes and how to care for them and gave great advice in simple terms, showing me the photos she took. Apparently they're not as bad as I thought which no-one had taken the time to reassure me about before! Really pleased I went in.
