I usually experience good customer service at the Truro branch, although yesterday was exceptional. Thank you to all the staff for their professional attentive and knowledgeable service, I felt like a very valued customer, as I am sure that the other customers in the store yesterday afternoon felt the same. Well done to the staff working in such unusual circumstances, enabling us to keep our eyes in good health. There are exellent Covid precautions in place, allowing us to feel safe too. Thank you.

Thanks Truro branch, what an excellent service under difficult circumstances. The staff were lovely, very polite and professional. I felt like a valued customer even though I was on benefits. They even helped me with the pricing options to get me the best deal. If you have staff like you do at all of your branches then you are well represented as a company. I hope this feedback gains the Truro branch some recognition within your organisation as they completely deserve it!
