I went for my 3 year check up on 28,01,21 I was welcomed by a lovely lady on arrival I was told to sit & went for a short while before I was called in by David to have my eye test. David was very thorough & professional explaining to me how my eye site from a distance has slightly changed over the past 3 years,He made me feel very welcome & at ease. Then I was shown my frame options & as much as they had lovely pairs,I decided to stay with my own ive had from home,au was very happy with the service.

On arrival for my annual eye check i was warmly welcomed by the Torquay team. Every stage was explained and any questions asked were ably answered. After my eye examination i was advised of the range of lenses available and of additional, optional extras, such as tinting, that were open to me. A week later i received a message advising that my new glasses were ready, i picked them up and have had no reason to fault them in any way since. Sincerely, M. SMYTHERMAN.

Fantastic as always. Lovely staff and David my optician is so very professional. Had an eye problem he picked up on my last test, now been operated on.
