Very good experience - especially given the current restrictions. Optician excellent - thorough and prepared to explain detail at an appropriate technical level. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Turnaround for new specs quick. No faffing when they arrived. It is still a lot of money to pay for a couple of bits of glass and metal sticks!

Best ever experience of having my eyes tested, I usually feel under pressure when having my eyes tested but at Vision Express, the optician made me feel relaxed and explained what he was doing throughout the process. The retail assistant was very friendly and helpful and I walked out feeling extremely pleased with the service I had received.
