After having my eye test with a different company on the high street and couldn't find any frames that I liked, I went to vision express. They were extremely helpful. After I received my glasses there was a problem so I went back, and we realised that prescription was wrong from the other company. They didn't charged me extra to test me nor exchange and fix new glasses. I was very impressed as they could have said the error was the others company. My husband booked as well with them after my positive experience and we found out that the eye test was 10 less that the other company. I defiantly recommended them. Very helpful, accommodating and given me an immediate appointment considering the current lockdown situation.

My experience is a breath of fresh air in service and care delivery. Hermes misplaced the delivery of my glasses but it was handled professionally.
I had a great experience. The staff are friendly and professional. The optician was informative, efficient and came across as passionate about her job. No hard sell after which was great, although I did decide to buy a pair of glasses for driving, as recommended.
Very friendly - particularly with children.
Unlike the other branch at Brent Cross, the High Barnet branch has excellent customer service. Very helpful! They even offer a hot drink while you wait... If you have to wait.
