Despite Lock-down & bad weather my appoint was at correct time, I was handled with care and everything that happened was explained in language I could understand. Movement from one department to another never took over 5 minutes and counter-staff were helpful even to the point of offering to deliver my spectacles \on the way home.\ No I have not been \encouraged\ to write this review, it's just how it happened.

The staff in the actual store were great, I was pretty anxious about my eye test as I'm hard of hearing and have trouble lipreading with masks - they were so friendly and helpful, it was great! Only downside is that currently Vision Express use Hermes to ship your frames out - they left my 200 parcel directly outside my house with no signature (despite it specifying that it needed one) in the rain :( Vision Express was great, but I wouldn't want to risk getting my glasses robbed because of rubbish parcel delivery services, especially if there's no other collection options available.
Very impressed with the level of customer care demonstrated by everyone at Vision Express in Huddersfield. I got a new pair of varifocals for a great price and I love the frames. Everyone that I encountered was friendly, efficient and caring. I initially went to Boots Opticians but was glad to get out of there as I was left waiting for almost an hour in no man's land. Well done everyone at Vision Express Huddersfield and keep it up.
My visit was for my yearly eye test, which was done in a safe environment, i needed new lenses so I chose the frames which the young lady adjusted there, then the glasses came through a delivery service to my home so I didn’t have to go into the shop again unless I needed anything altering, which I didn’t, so I was pleased. Everything was fine .
We have become a society of MOANERS, been using VE, for sometime now, Excellent eye test clean surroundings, polite caring staff told glasses would take 3-7 days arrived fourth day , a sight for sore eyes 5 five stars !!
