Really friendly staff, did not hesitate to have a look at my glasses (bought elsewhere) which were irritating my nose. Will be booking appointments for eye tests and glasses here in the future!

Both myself and my wife came here to have our eyes tested. From start to finish the experience was brilliant. The ladies on front desk where fantastic and so helpful. Neither myself or my wife have ever worn glasses before so it was completely new for us. The level of service was incredible. We learnt about what glasses would be best suited to our face, how to relax eye muscles and more. Highly recommend Vision Express in Carmarthen, they also have really good choices of frames.

Had an eye test last week, and all the staff were lovely and welcoming. They give the best advice on glasses as it was my first time wearing glasses. Will be returning.
