The store has reopened in bournemouth, which is a great thing as I’ve been coming here 11 years. Just called in to book a sight test which they had an appointment there and then, great service and a awesome selection of frames for all budgets. Thank you so much.

Terrible delivery service. Next day delivery service is a lie. Customer services don’t help at all and they answer every 2 days. Don’t make online orders if you want to avoid stress and lose of time. I’m still waiting not only for my order to arrive but to have any idea of if it’s going to arrive someday. I would put 0 stars if I could.
