My first eye appointment in years, really helpful staff who answered every question happily and authoritatively. Friendly, efficient and a good range of frames (as it turned out I will now need reading glasses). Really impressed as I was quite anxious beforehand but I left informed and happy. Definitely a 5 star service

A huge thank you to the staff. I had a contact lense infected in my eye. My normal opticians told me they had no availability and to phone another opticians. Vision express fitted me in ( although they were also fully booked). Dealt with promptly. Thank you

Way overdue an eye test so booked into the Bideford branch and so glad I did. All staff were very friendly and professional. Thorough examination was reassuring even if my prescription had barely changed. Optician even talked me through the images which was really interesting and a nice personal touch. I was limited on time so couldn’t stay to chose specs but the manager and staff were highly understanding and no pressure at all to ‘sell’ there and then. Invitation is open to call back in when I have time. So good to see this in such a target lead world! Nice to know there’s lovely staff to call back to on the customers side. Highly recommend this branch for professional, friendly and thorough service.
