Vision Express Opticians - Belfast - Forestside Shopping Centre

Not having had an eye test for a number of year's I was not exactly looking forward to my appointment but was soon put at ease by the friendly staff. I was taken on time and put through the various tests which were fully explained. I was then guided through the choice of frames and lenses. I have to say the entire experience was pleasant and carried out with professionalism. Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service. Ordered safety glasses for work which were delayed due to exceptional demand caused by COVID. Staff phoned every week with update on order. Fixed issue with glasses when they did come and followed up by phone to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend good choice of frames and normal glasses that I ordered are perfect

Steven sorted me out with a broken leg on my frames, swapping the lenses into new frames. All done while I sat there for 5 minutes - saved the day for me. Great customer experience - thank you Steven!
