The entire team are fab, they are so welcoming and keep you informed throughout each stage of the appointment. The service is prompt but remains personnal. The environment is safe, clean and well managed during these difficult times. It a shame I only need to go once every 2 years.

I haven't been to the opticians in years so I was a bit worried about going especially with everything going on atm too, but everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful, it turns out I needed glasses and there was no pressure to buy the expensive ones like some stores do too, 100% recommend this store!
Lovely atmosphere... after a series of headaches I attended vision express for an eye test. The optician was lovely, efficient and very patient with me. I then went on to purchase some glasses which have saved me from my horrendous migraines I used to suffer with once or more a week. The staff are fantastic! Especially Iona and Lauren who have exceptional customer service skills... and are very patient, informative and efficient from the start of the process to the finish. Even after sending my glasses back to get tweaked slightly the process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend to anyone!
