Absolutely dreadful service, confidentiality zero! Customer service zero! Wandered from one consultation to another without finishing the first, five customer complaints while in shop, every customer who came in we knew their name, DOB, where they came from and even one poor lady we heard about her finances cuz she could not afford the glasses. Shocking we even experienced the 2 members of staff arguing in front of the customers! We were ripped off with glasses, my 12 year old sons \free glasses\ cost me 100! But when I went to Specsavers we got the same glasses - wait for it FREE! Never again will I cross the threshold of Vision Express, major training issues and sort the attitude of staff out, I don't appreciate being told \how long is a piece of string\ when I enquired how long delivery of glasses would be!
Appointment running late at 9.50 In the morning. Needed to go back to car to put another ticket on the car because of waiting time. Usually go to spec savers as they are brilliant with time keeping. went to vision express as work sent me for a eye test. Will book to arrange an other appointment when I have a spare 3hours at least to spare out of my day
