I had the pleasure of dealing with the staff here for my son's first ever pair of glasses. They made the whole process an absolute breeze. After being told by a well known national chain of opticians based in a supermarket in Quedegely that I would have to make an appointment and that we wouldn't be able to be seen for 4 days, I called the Kodak Lens Vision Centre and they saw us the same day. If you want excellent friendly service ,stick to independent retailers such as these guys. We won't be taking our son anywhere else for his glasses!!!!
