Traditional French cuisine by ex sous-chef of renowned French restaurant of long..long...time ago not sure if it was Maxime’s. Overall the food was fantastic especially homemade foie gras. I personally like l’andouillette that I rarely ordered elsewhere except from this small restaurant. Wine, fish dishes and l’entrecôte are also perfect. It’s an outdated restaurant but its chef is gifted. I prefer to dine here than those recooked frozen dishes by some typical parisien bistros.

Absolutely great restaurant. We had a steak and salmon and both were really perfect. Lovely service and best price-performance we witnessed within our four days in Paris.
Good food for a reasonable price
The cod/cabillaud (a l'orange) is my favorite plat, and comparable to the quality you might get at some top-tier Michelin restaurants. Save room perhaps for the pear or banana (or another) dessert, if you're hungry. Simple and happy experience. Very consistent. Owners are very nice.
