Found Virgos purely by accident on Saturday. My partner and my dog fell upon this delightful tea room on Saturday, as the street had been cordoned off to allow outside dining. Ideal on both counts, owing to the virus and having a dog with us. Great food and the owner was so friendly and chatty. Not sure if this place is \dog friendly\ inside, but if it is, we will be changing over to Virgos from our usual haunt!! Thank you for your hospitality!!

What a comfy bistro. My first visit with friends. I was very impressed. Excellent atmosphere. It was full but they accommodated a late booking. A variety of food choices. Being Sunday we had the roast dinner option. Ample portions well cooked, the vegetables were excellent. Succulent roast turkey the gravy was delicious too. Finishing off with a Merangue with raspberries and ice cream. 2 courses for 12.95. Excellent value. I will be returning. The staff were very friendly and cheerful too. So all in all a wonderful experience. Call to book.

We booked a Sunday lunch here and it was amazing! The beef brisket roast with that delicious gravy was one of the best I’ve had! I’m not surprised you have to book as the food was so good. The staff we’re super nice and helpful despite the Sunday rush. Can’t wait to come back!
