A very well built and beautiful building. Impressed with the attention to details and the ease of access to many amenities. Sadly, the pandemic had all of the pools closed but the beach was easily accessible. Also, the restaurant was closed and it would have been nice to have it for an option. Some construction was going, redoing the roof shingles, so there was a big crane in the entry but easily avoided. We stayed in Summer Sky and it overlooked the bay. Beautiful skies every night! Our visit was truly a stay in sanctuary!

The building is nice enough but of our week long stay, the power went out in the middle of the night due to storms 3 out of 7 nights, which then lead to BLARING FIRE ALARMS for 10-30 minutes each time. Once at 5 am, once at 10 pm, and once at 8 am. I’m talking “kids wake up terrified, alarms in every room and every exterior hallway, permanent hearing damage” loud. The first (and longest) time we (and many other guests) thought it might be a tornado alarm so we ended up in the basement (while the alarms still blared,) at 5:30 in the morning in the middle of a hurricane warning. There is something faulty in the wiring that every time the power goes out it sounds like the world is ending. Don’t stay here if you value sleep. Or long term hearing. Oh- and the staff (when we could find them,) acted like it was NO BIG DEAL. It’s the middle of a pandemic- my expectations for service and amenities were really pretty low going into this trip, but the fire alarm situation is TERRIBLE.
This place was a great getaway for family vacation with 2 grown kids. Lots to do and explore, yet \away\ from the kitsch of the boardwalk.
I clean home's for a living,and working at Siebert Realty i get the most beautiful views while im working. Can't ask for to much more than watching dolphins jumping out the water. Gorgeous place,so go rent a condo for the weekend or a week,you'll be happy you did... Siebert Realty is there for you.
Great vacation spot! Has a decent swim up bar, great food, and a beautiful beach overlook from your balcony all for a decent price.
