This location does not have a good rep. The front staff is not very pleasant. The wait time is the most annoying part. Not to mention, they dont answer the phone or return calls. The only reason why I go back is for Dr. Whitney Cotton. She is the best. So kind and energetic. She makes me feel very comfortable. That is super important. Especially for these types of appointments. If she is not available, I will reschedule for when she is. I highly recommended her.

The girls in the office were kind and prompt, and Dr. Avent is fantastic! I would recommend her to everyone who needed gynecological care. She made me feel at ease and was extremely put together (and had gorgeous lashes). She was very educated and gave me fantastic care.

Had a wonderful experience! I had the nexplanon removed today and everyone there was so kind, respectful, and professional. Not to mention, I was in and out within 30 minutes. From the administrators to the nurse practitioner, A!

I had an IUD inserted about 5 years ago at a private doctor's office. The experience was not good. It was supposed to be removed 2 years ago, as it was a 3 year implant. Unfortunately, I haven't had health insurance and I was scared to have it removed. I've been putting off removal for years bc not having the insurance to cover it and fear. I finally decided it had to go. Google led me to planned parenthood for affordable IUD removal. This planned parenthood was amazing and helpful. They got me in quickly and had a grant that removed the implant for FREE. They, also, helped me with birth control after the IUD was removed which was FREE as well. The doctor was wonderful. I was scared. She was so kind and informative. I'll be back for my pap and any other female issues I may have. I'm so grateful for this facility. As someone that cannot afford health insurance places like this help keep me healthy.

My Dr was phenomenal! The bad side - I can't pick up my prescription because it hasn't been sent to my pharmacy yet. I've called and left 3 messages and no one picks up nor calls you back. I'd visit in person to pick up a paper version but I live 30 minutes away. Its extremely frustrating when you need a medication urgently and they don't sent the prescription right away. Probably won't return due to this reason. I can't imagine calling them to get test results, no one answers the phone!!!
