Worst housing in Virginia Beach. Manager Denise is a sorry excuse of a manager who could not perform her job if someone held her hand and walked her thru it. Would not recommend this place till they clean up the problems starting with manager and the rest of the staff in the office. And the 5 stars review is from the manager Denise

Customer service has been horrible since the day we did our move in walk through a year ago. Our lease is up in less than a month and things that were brought up at our move in walk through still havent been replaced or fixed. The ladies working in the office have the worst attitude, zero hospitality, lack of professionalism. They make a 100 excuses and talk over you instead of listening. There's a reason people complain here. It's not the houses because they're livable and fixable. It's the people working here making it a horrible experience. I love this location I love being on the ocean front. It's not there job to determine if they want to put in my work order or not it's there job to take my order submit it and let the maintenance office decide if it's a work order or not. The maintenance manager personally came today after me calling the front desk for the millionth time because no one showed up again and he said he never even got the work order and even he has gotten a million complaints about the office. The maintenance crew is not the problem here it's literally the office. BB needs to come fire every person in the office because they are lazy and completely useless. I much rather have a direct number to the maintenance crew because then I would know 100% without a doubt our work orders are being put in.

I don't hate it. I wish there was more storage inside and out. I wish there were garages with the house. I can't complain about the location. Maintenance is quick and friendly. Older housing has huge backyards for our dogs to run.
