Very limited array of book options. And even the ones that are there are not great. A few standard ones, and some things i couldn't understand. Why is \oathbringer\ available, and not \the way of kings\ or \words of radiance\? Who would come and buy book 3 of a series if 1 and 2 are not available? (great series btw). Who would come and buy book 14 of the wheel of time? Seriously, that is ridiculous. Same for other book categories. A few nice board games, sure, but quite standard too. Music? Too few titles for a \megastore\. Computer accessories are fine. There are also phones and a few gadgets, but prices are higher than other places, and it is not like there is much that is worth it.

This place mimics your presence in any other branch in and outside Lebanon. There is the same interior design with the same layout of items you can find in any branch.
After continuously trying to Call the City-mall branch they simply did not care to answer the phone , then after purchasing an item from Then it took them over 1 week to get it in stock because they sold it to another person after reserving it
