Their system is a little bit ok before even though their deliveries are late and arriving of parcel is so slow. Not for my last experience of having 3 parcels that is lost at legazpi, I've been waiting for it almost 3 weeks going a month. Sometimes, their customer service is not that bad not that good, average only.

Very disappointing and unorganized. Not accomodating as well. I waited almost an hour after giving my tracking number and haven't recieved the parce not until I checked it again. They knew I was waitjng for so long but they never gave me a glance.
UNORGANIZED - We visited their office on Aug 12 to pick up the parcel. We waited 30 minutes for nothing as they can't find it. But they already texted me earlier that they have it. UNRELIABLE - Very late delivery. Parcel is expected to be delivered by Aug 8. We picked it up in their office on Aug 14. If we did not go there, the parcel will surely be there for a longer time as they have said they still have a thousand parcels waiting to be delivered. VERY POOR SERVICE - They did not do what they ought to do - Delivery - Because we picked it up. UNPROFESSIONAL - They drop your call when you are asking for updates about the delivery. GIVING FALSE HOPE / LIAR - They let me wait for 5 hours at home as they said they will deliver by 12 noon and it was already 5pm and no message from them anymore. - - - Unless they are already well established and organized don't transact with them if you need your parcel to be delivered on time and to avoid other headache they might give you. But as of the moment August 2019, they are not. I hope they improve their services one day.

Sad to say pero honestly ang tagal ng delivery dito sa J&T kaya kung mapasensiya kayo pwedeng maubos pasensiya nyo sa kakaantay ng parcel niyo kung kelan un darating. Ang totoo parang kulang sila sa manpower at pagka organized. Yun lng po ang comment at experience ko. More than 2 weeks kasi wala pa ung parcel ko huhuhu need na sna kaya cancel na lng.
J&T virac kamusta po ung parcel ko June 13 pa dumating sa virac according sa J&T tracking till now di pa na deliver..ang galing diba..
November 26 pa dumating parcel ko (as per tracking sa site nila), until now (Nov 28) di pa rin dinideliver samin.
