Julie and Dawn were fantastic and simply lovey people. I broke my favourite glasses and VIP managed to track down the same frames, order them in and fit the lens within a week. Delighted to have found this independent business and I’ll definitely use again and can highly recommend.

Let's be clear here, the experience isn't just VIP, it's that and the two lovely ladies who pull VIP together. You just feel at ease there. It's only a small shop, and that is one of it's endearing qualities. If you go into some of the larger stores, you are met with a bewildering array of frames and can quickly lose where you were with the ones you have tried and liked. And in those stores, the staff will tell you that you look great in every frame you try on. At VIP, if these ladies don't think they suit you, they will be honest and quickly find you some that do. Uncannily, they seem to get it right pretty much first time. VIP seem to have taken all the best frame designs, discarded the dross and filled that little shop like an Aladdin's cave. They Royally looked after me and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
Loved the place. Great shop with lots of choice of frames. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Loved the fact that we could park right outside (Free too) I got a really good deal and I love my glasses.
