AVOID! Ordered 6 banners from this company after chatting to the representative on the online chat. I said I needed the next day and was told if I confirmed by 1pm I will get the next day. On that basis I ordered and paid extra for the 24 hours service. However I didn’t get till the 4th day and I needed for an event that passed before I got it. Be very careful with this company.. and don’t order if you need something quickly.. u will pay extra and then be screwed. They promise what they can’t actually deliver on and then point you to their terms and conditions and say not their problem. I won’t be buying from them again, bad trade standards and post sales customer service.

Appalling customers service! Staggering level of incompetence. What a pity my experience was nothing like some of the reviews. I had to call 3 times on 3 different days to ask where my order was, everytime a different excuse. Not once did anyone think to call me to explain. Everyone I spoke to blamed Steve. When I finally got to speak to him he couldn't even muster an apology. Order cancelled and I have gone else where. I was hoping to order hundreds of items. There loss. Think hard before placing an order you are likely from my experience to miss deadlines,.
Disgrace of a company! Placed an order, never turned up! Contacted them and eventually when it arrived late the print was terrible! Like they had ran out of ink and thought “ahhh well, will send it out anyway!” Spoke to Peter in Customer Services who basically said “well it looks fine to us” so pretty much, tough luck! Will never use them again and urge anyone to avoid! Shambles of an operation!
DO NOT BUY “REINFORCED BANNERS” FROM HERE!!!! (For further info read below) You can see an example of what they will claim is “reinforced” below that they were advised needed to fit 51-52mm scaff tube and have since told me they made the pockets much bigger than that- they are now forgetting they said that though. Also expect distortion lines on images. Potentially an already damaged product on opening. And the use of industrial glue with double sided tape on top (this apparently helps with the glue staying put) when a reinforced edging (as agreed by the person that makes this awful companies banners) should be heat welded ideally. After 2 weeks of complaining (rang immediately on receiving banner- be careful as they have a must be returned within 24 hours policy on their website) after being mis-sold 6x scaffolding banner for a tidy sum of over 200 . We are still waiting for a refund. After attending Cheetham Hill (as I finally found an address for this company) today, the poor man who just makes the banners - kindly helped me by whatsapp’ing the owners. The “company” eventually rang me to advise I will get a resolution today and have just emailed offering us a discounted re-print banner. We’d just like a refund please Mr Waheed Abdul Rashid and Mr Abdul Aziz
