I used to love, love, love this place buy the last time I went they burned the rice and still served it. I didn’t notice it until I went home and I called up and the owner said, “no worry I will offer you discount next time!” It’s safe to say I haven’t been back because, this is just not how you treat loyal customers. The burn smell and taste of the rice over powered the whole meal so, it was horrible to be honest. There is no parking so you risk getting a ticket and battling over in traffic for substandard food. Not good, supporting black owned businesses is hard because of stuff like this. I hope my people will do better and value and respect their customers. Cutting corners has cost you a valued customer which is a shame on both parties but, it’s like if you don’t value my services, I’ll take it elsewhere.

Visited here for the first time. I had fish, plantain and a fried dumpling...... very good. Good sized piece of fish. Tasted lovely. I had a side of coleslaw but it tasted ready made, so didn't eat it. Will eat there again
Always have the same recipe all the time I have been buying them for years and it never change I am a vegetarian I only eat fish and that fish has never changed to a different one always the same thing
