I placed a to-go order on Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend, went in to pick it up and they only made half of the order. Waited another 15 minutes go get the food and when we got home we found several black hairs on her over easy eggs and my scrambled eggs. We called and they said they would refund the order but refused to give us their name for record. Very snarky employees, terrible service and absolutely no excuse to have hair in your food especially during COVID.

Decided to try somewhere new for Valentine’s Day. Ordered breakfast to-go and found hairs in the eggs; over easy and scrambled. When I called, the woman thought that was weird because the eggs are cooked in large batches... She agreed on giving me a refund. However, when I asked for her name she hung up on me. Absolutely unacceptable food/service.

My husband has been raving about this place and I've been very excited to try it out! As we walked in I instantly loved the decor and the ambiance of the place -yes there was a very strong moldy smell but I imagine it's not from the lack of cleaning, this is a very old building. I ordered a standard egg and bacon breakfast and my husband got the scramble. Let me tell you this - honestly this was THE SMALLEST saddest breakfast either of us have ever had in a restaurant... I've seen kids meals bigger than that. My husbands scramble was missing potatoes and mine were cold.Service was nothing to write about, the lady came by to drop off more water in the end of our meal and never stopped by to see how were doing. 28 later we left disappointed and still hungry. My husband remembers the experience very different the last time he visited. For 28 we could have gotten elsewhere and gotten a better meal and a better service. Never returning again.....

I really enjoyed my breakfast here. The ambience is really the primary reason why I think this place is so charming. The building is interesting, there are artistic pieces and items that follow that same vintage feeling. The food is good, but not necessarily better than any other breakfast fare. Tasty, but standard. I will definitely be back.

It's been a few years since I've eaten there, but I had breakfast there most mornings when I was in Everett for work. Let me tell you, this place is great. The food was always top notch, the service was consistently prompt and friendly and it just had this very comfortable ambiance that made you come back and feel welcome. Honestly, it is one of the most memorable eateries I've been to
