DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Attention do not rent boats from this company under any circumstances! Due to bad weather we couldnt do our boat trip in September 19, since then we are waiting for our refund(9000 Euro) Messages on whatsapp are ignored as well as calls and emails.
Be warned!!!!!! This company is fraud. Scammers!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! They offer boats from companies / boat owners which they don't have any agreements \\ contracts with. I reserved a boat Yacht Second Chance Charter for 1 day @ Curacao for Jan 5th 2020, they immediately charged the whole amount for that day, (870EU) which should only be the reservation fee. After sending them several email, messages via Whatsapp, Phone calls, all ignored! No refunds, nothing!!! After some research I found the owner of the boat and contacted hem. He was very surprised and unaware that his boat was offered by this company. Again, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
Outstanding two days on the Med. The guys looked after us so well, from the moment I called to when we said our goodbyes to the beauty of a boat in the harbour. Mark on board went above and beyond for us, really cool Irish dude. Superb way to finish off our tour de France. Au revoir for now Nice x
My fiance and I had a brilliant time aboard the Van Dutch. Mark and Andre looked after us great. Champagne and strawberries waiting for us on arrival. Perfect spot to propose!! (She said yes!)
Be Warned ! Please read ALL of the reviews about this company and their conduct towards their clients! We wish we had done more checks before using them...they ruined what should have been a very special occasion, last minute change on the boat we wanted, a dangerous boarding procedure, then asking for more money after telling us that it was a free upgrade, turning up to our hotel and then trolling us on social media when we arrived home. The tactics they used after the event were harassing and bullish to say the least, we hired boats for many years and have never encountered anything like this before, to the point of seeking legal advice! Please please please be very careful in how you deal with this company! There are many other companies in the region that stick to their agreement to their clients.
