Ordered via Just eat at 17.30 then got a delivery time of 18.50 at 19.00 we phoned and got told it had left 5 minutes ago but it would be another 15 minutes. This didn't add up. The meal eventually came at 19.15. On opening the bag we found that the rice was missing we phoned straight away and was told they would send it straight away. But at 20.00 it still hadn't appeared . The food from here is lovely but unfortunately the customer service is non-existent. The meal is now in the bin as can only assume the rice is never going to appear.

Very happy with this takeaway and in my opinion they are the best in the Irvine valley deliver food early, food is delicious and always friendly drivers couldn't recommend enough.
Order always wrong or something forgotten but they never forget to charge for the full order!!!! Nan bread was like chewing leather, curry was spicy but had no flavour, 1 nan should of been cheese and garlic but came as plain and other 1 was rock solid....absolutely awful
I passed by a few days ago I went in for a kebab, there was no one behind the counter, a guy was sitting in the the front on his tablet watching movies who looked like he worked there couldn't be bothered answering my question as to wheres the staff, btw this was at tea time on a Saturday night, when I realised its that quiet in there I decided to leave as after 5 minutes of waiting at the counter still no staff member attended to me. I think I'll stick to my rule if a place is that quiet on a Saturday night there's a high risk of being served left overs from the previous week!!! I will definitely not be back to this place...
Very friendly staff tasty food wish them good luck to the new owners wish all customers merry Christmas and happy new year
