Staff member was rude when I collected my parcel and told me ever get that item delivered here again\. She said it was too large and they only accepted parcels up to 60cm x 60cm and \where am I ment to store that?\. When I pointed out the dimensions on the box were 58.5cm x 60cm and if they can't accept it they should change it online as it not my fault (I just bought it off a seller!). She pritty much just blanked me. Rude, poor attitude and unnecessary.

Won't be shopping here again. Staff member LIED about the photocopier not working (later admitted to someone else that it did work but they tell people it doesn't to stop staff becoming 'verbally abused by customers'). This is when it is the ONLY available and working photocopier in Hessle Centre (library not providing it due to COVID restrictions and post office not working also). Unbeknownst to this lady - I had important documents to copy to finalise an estate after the death of a close family relative, during what is a very stressful and emotional time. To be LIED to by someone supposedly providing 'customer service' in a small, supportive community of local businesses is APPALLING customer service and I will no longer shop here or have any parcels directed here. I have lost all trust and respect for them. Shame because the other lady who works in here (Jackie) is lovely.
