Very nice building. Has all the tables and chairs and cleaning supplies. Two big rooms. Full kitchen. Sliding wall opens to make one big room. Rent is decent.

It seems nice for a large gathering but not what I hoped for. I look for lots of shade, walking areas, and swimming pools. This has two baseball fields and a large building. Nice for what it is though.

We go there for karate it's a good place to be it helps the kids advance in their knowledge of life
