Came into Castle Chevrolet with my guard up due to past experiences with other dealerships and the pushy situations they come with. But it wasn’t the case at this dealership. ALEX R. The sales rep did an outstanding job from start to Finish. He actually asked what I wanted and did not tell me what I wanted. He was very professional but at the same time made you have a sense of an at home feel and being comfortable. Honesty if it wasn’t for him and his personality and understanding, I would have not bought a car. Kudos to you, Alex, and the business you work for. Highly recommend. I am slightly upset that the interior images of a new car I'm looking at on their website are portrayed to be photos of this exact car when instead they are just nice photos of another similar car. How do I know it's not this car's actual interior? They put a picture of the car's window sticker online. It states that this car has a heated steering wheel. The picture given online of this car's steering wheel doesn't have a button for the heated steering wheel control meaning it's not this car's true interior. I understand that it is a new car and most new cars of the same model look pretty much the same on the inside. It sure would be nice, however, if you got to see the actual inside of the car you wanted to buy, especially when you're 4 hours away from the dearlership.
